Corporate CommunicationCorporate communication is the message issued by a corporate organization, body, or institute to its publics. "Publics" can be both internal (employees, stakeholders, i.e. share and stock holders) and external (agencies, channel partners, media, government, industry bodies and institutes, educational and general public). The concept of corporate communication could be seen as an integrative communication structure linking stakeholders to the organization. A corporate communication structure is also a system which enables organizations to strategically orchestrate all types of communication.

Meida Relationsinvolves working with various media for the purpose of informing the public of an organization's mission, policies and practices in a positive, consistent and credible manner. Typically, this means coordinating directly with the people responsible for producing the news and features in the mass media. The goal of media relations is to maximize positive coverage in the mass media without paying for it directly through advertising.

Special EventEvent management is considered one of the strategic marketing and communication tools by companies of all sizes. From product launches to press conferences, companies create promotional events to help them communicate with clients and potential clients. We might target the audience by using the news media, hoping to generate media coverage which will reach thousands or millions of people. We can also invite their audience to their events and reach them at the actual event.

Tracking and EvaluationPR campaign with out tracking and evaluation is a poor campaign design, execution or management. The fact is we now have a wide variety of tools at our disposal to demonstrate the return. Using those tools properly means that you not only see what works, you also get to see what doesn't so that campaigns can be amended. Public relations is never likely to be an exact science but we can at least apply a methodical approach to campaign management and measurement.
